As early as 1926, Mr. Zhang Xianru and his wife, Mrs. Zhong Zhenyu, from China, arrived in Ipoh and discovered the magnificent scenery of Perak Cave surrounded by mountains and water. And they developed it into Perak Cave.
Mr. Zhang Xianru and Mrs. Zhong Zhenyu passed away in the 1980s, and their sons, Zhang Yingjie and Zhang Yunshan, took over the development.
